measure c558 voltage 0 volt - GSM-Forum

I found probem phase lock loop of 3310 not work ,I have chang hagar and vco already.but voltage still zero volt,who has ever seen this problem.

beside ur ccont letf side theres a capasitor this capasitor supply the transistor located to the upper vco(i think its p47?) this supply ur vco.........check all d line it might be open? if not check ur vcobba from ur ccont.............
