missing product code on 3650 - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have a 3650 that doesn't find any network and 0 signal.
I flashed the phone with the fps8 and did factory reset.
The imei is ok,but product code and hardware code is missing.
Is this a hardware fault?? UEM??
Phoenix doesn't let me edit these values.

The product detail file of your handset is corrupted. You will have to load a working 3650.pm file to your phone using GRIFFIN and restore the network properties. Your Phone will be OK.

The imei will be change, not same with the original.
Is there any way to change it with the original???
Is it posible to edit the "pm" file??

i think no relation between the re load of the pm file and chaging the imie ..

other wise i think if you upload the pm file to the phone you ll have the phone working in network again

try it by using tornado software its better than griffin
