this is cable problem but if you are suspected some other thing is wrong instead cable then unplug jaf and pkey both, plug them again > restart the jaf soft > Select BB5 Tab > Select Manual, Untick CRT 308 and start the flash procedure if still same then try another cable or check phonr hardware.
