try these jumpers number 2 and 3....

if jumper also no solved your problem.try to reball or replace you flash combo.i already solved this problem,,fault is flash combo.try to your best,

Has fallen in the water would be possible or may be separated lines Are you measuring comparison, I think the problem Ic flash user

oh tnx guys!,butsometyms da combo ic is sealed and have super glue ryt?,so wat else can i do beside da tips that u gave?
