N 73 hang problem

i have N73 offline mood work ok but when i put simcard its stop on NOKIA im trying flash with jaf /micro/n mt box but same problem . so what i do help plz..... its not water damag

Firstly change sim ic after Rehot power ic and litter bit rehot to cpu...
