N70 Not charging - GSM-Forum

please hlp me solving the charging problem of the nokia N70. when the charger connected nothing happens.
when i opened it, i noticed that the C1472 was abnormal. can ireplace it???

Thanks bro for the help, but i realized that the (+) and (-) were linked together (short circuit) and i didn't find where exactelly!!!
