one Nokia 1100 Hot Uem When Press P.switch Within 2-3 Secend Uem Very Hot Any One Give An Idea Does Uem Short Or Not Becoz Set Is On And Work.

"rehot" is just warming the chip until it "moves" a bit, and is desoldered.
"reball" is when you take off the chip and make new bga balls that make contact to board

Check short circuit for all out postive line voltage in uem if is ok uem damage
