Have you tried another trusted display LCD ?
Otherwise you have two filters (not only one) to check them out shown in attached picture & also you may check display connector on board, if still same then reflow processor UPP >>>

many times Nokia QD display problem is from dry soldered display connector, just resolder it and it should be ok.
