if u have jaff just unlock the phone and if the problem is still first erase then flash in higher version and write pm then unlock and factory defult

bro jast unlock ur phone
if result unlocked, it is software problem write good pm then ui seting problem solv
if phone not unlock it is hardware problem
test it........ thanks

first eras all than flash the phone this version RM-305_dp_v_28_00_all_exMQ_MCUSW5_06 when complete write pm with jaf & unlock 100% solve ur problem

Try full erase with Mtbox and flash and unlock with ub and write pm
