please the problem is the screen shows (MATRIX HAS YOU. COMMWARRIOR INSIDE) then the phone keeps restarting. What is the problem? Is it a virus? how can i clean it?

formatte the phone(3,*,green key and press power) and fromatte the memory on memory card reader.
