If Ur phone.get low level format ok!

Though flash ur phone by update SW5.0705.3.0.1.

*#7370# if not working flahs with mc sw 5.27

its hardware problem.
in my experience, replace N4200 will fix that.

bro, remove the mmc before formating the phone...then format the memory card through card reader before inserting it in the phone....

Try to format both the phone and memory card.If still Erase and full flash the phone,If still its hard ware problem.Tyr first to reheat the circuit.

I faced before this problem.The good solution is only Re-heat RETU & Ram.
