n70 charge problem - GSM-Forum

i have n70 seem to have charging problem, when i put the charger in and i test batter connecter it says 1.9v but the phone does not indicate charging, the phone has already been flashed but it still does not indicate charging

does it shows not charging?
if yes proberly charging prob and sometimes write full pm does the trick too
if nothing shows when u plugin the charger try to make a jumper at the fuse part

reflow or replace TAHVO ic... 100% tested
