N70 colurfull dot dot on screen

i have n70 with colourfull dot dot on the screen. the phone can call in and out but lcd problem i already change lcd, lcd ic and lcd connector but still the same. any solution pls help. thq.

replace the display ic near the back up battery.please take some precautions cover the back up battery it may ****up.
