N70 LCD EMIF Z4403 line broken
 

hi...

dear Sirs,

i have accidentally make the EMIF Z4403 line broken when trying to make it clean from left off lead, before applying new EMIF.... there is suppossed to be 25 dots representing the line

Now i have lost dots no 09 and 19, according to the EMIF diagram here...

does anyone know how to make jumper for the broken line?

i will very gratefull for your help,

practically its impossible to connect the track to OMAP.

:( is there any test point left on the board to jumper on?

i already try mounting the new filters but there were still no good display on LCD....
please anyone who have encounter the same problem give advice

no bro,

in both of the ic's these pins have connection.

dear in Z4403 pin 09-19 are empty , so change the both filters , prob will be solve

IT IS 7TH PRINT WHICH U SHOWN IN PIC

BE SENSIBLE, READ CAREFULLY SCHEMATIC U WILL FIND GOOD RESULT .IF U R NOT SATISFY WITH SCHEMATIC THEN U CAN CHECK IT BY URSELF BY REMOVUNG BOTH IC'S FROM THE BOARD AND THEN CHECK THE CONTINUITY FROM DISPLAY IC PRINTS TO THE DISPLAY CONNECTER .IF U FIND ANY CONNECTIVITY THEN POST UR RESULT HERE OTHERWISE CHECK BEFORE POSTING .HOPE U TAKE IT AS A POSTIVE .

a little ADVICE to a member means a BIG HELP to them...

i checked many times, two diiferent boards,

i got this

i think now only hope is use microscope and digg VERY LITTLE, VERY CAREFULLY .. its just positive try to do anything.. cuz now board is almost in SCRAP .. so there is nothing wrong to try in it.. just digg little with micro niddle and once u get any copper thing there just put very small ball with soldering iron..

i think both of us have some wrong. when i check the DATA SHEET of the EMIF IC, i saw some difference. the manufacturer marked the pins as in an order of INPUT and OUTPUT.its like this O1, O2, O3.... and I1, I2, I3,.....
O1 is output1 and I1 is the input1.

according to sequence of counting the pin 7th is marked data sheet pin O9
clear. the question is about this pin , that person asked about data sheet marked pin O9 and pin I19 .this is according to counting pin 7th . so you are absolutely right your side .check my modified pic above .according to your counting 7th pin is connected . and 9th pin is empty . thats only confusion of counting . its good share for members.

ok i get all confused here... what i post in the first place was the pic from EMIF data sheet, so the way i count the pin according to the data sheet is different from the one in the N70 schematics?

so the EMIF pin line picture posted here was based on the schematics or emif data sheet?

Those pins are not connected. Bro put new ic or put jumpers it will work 100%. I have tryed by myself!
