N70 Power Switch No Solution - GSM-Forum

Hi Friends

frist Sorry 4 my English

i have N70 cant get power switch track

the phone is power on in the box only

but from switch key no way

frist tryed to flash phone i know it not effected

sec go to hardware sol

get pdf for n70 and get the track but not working

and this is the pic for the track i need sol for this is problem

this is track is wrong
i need true track

yes thesame problem also for me 2 units of n70 failure to power on,but in the cable it is good and shows nokia logo and can reset settings.
l go to hardware and trace the wiring the wiring from switch to retu or power ic is good also.l replace power ic theasame problem also failure to power on.l guest l thought that this is like 6680 6630 that the track is going to a driver so l also jumper it by a piece of wire just curriousity but still not working.lm now remove the retu and try to combine it with other 6680 6630 phone just to now how the ic work.l post some info just in case lm successful.

look at attachment
remove that crestal in blue color and short the pin ander it just like red line
and from the right side connect it directly to power switch

this will solve ur problem
if not u will nead to take it from under retu directly to power switch
it's so easy as it from the first line under retu

The power key is diretly connected to Retu ic try to rehot Retu IC

after reheating the retu Ic phones now power on perfectly. good diagram anyway

Pls change the ESD filter (backup battery top side). You are confused then pls check the attachments
