N70 problem


it was White screen and hang up , i apply all jumper for it , and i check the volteg is 1.8 for all the point , some time when i heating the middle of the board it's work good for 10 sec ,and then come back,

volteg is 1.8 Is Bad Batter Wr u Put Heet Check All Componernts there... Volteg Should be 3.6...!!!

Man !!!
He meant 1.8V at VIO , VCOREA and VDRAM points not at any VBAT point.



@ alrbee , mostly combo memory flash (APE) or OMAP processor one of them has unsoldered ball(s) so you have to check which one then to try reflow it glued as it is, it may work, otherwise to pick it up unsoldered then clean glue & reball it to solder it again, good luck ...
