He meant 1.8V at VIO , VCOREA and VDRAM points not at any VBAT point. @ alrbee , mostly combo memory flash (APE) or OMAP processor one of them has unsoldered ball(s) so you have to check which one then to try reflow it glued as it is, it may work, otherwise to pick it up unsoldered then clean glue & reball it to solder it again, good luck ... | |
