n70 pwr problem


hi friends
i get n70 phone
when u press pwr on the flash light is open
i clean the phone very good
1- i change tahvo
2- i make the boot ic jamper
3- i change all capcter and resistance around tavho

the phoe still as it
not open and the flash light is open


plz this phoe make me crazy what to do with it
plz help me

man its always boot ic pro
some times retu has something 2 do with this fault
but 2 be sure u have to do check WITH JAF and post result
and make sure there is no short in mobile
CHEAK IT WITH POWER SUPPLAY
clean it very good

r emove boot ic and make this short
when i connect it to pwr supply it take curren lower than 10 MAmp
the phone has no short

when i put on jaf
Changing mode...Done!
Booting phone...
Error sync the phone
help me man what to do

what is the history of the phone fall water dameg or what
and befor and after u make jumber did u check the voltage
from jaf log and power supply ur pb in power section

the history of the phone was that
the phone was water damge and his owner use it and the phone was ok
but once it become as the condition when u pwr on the flash light on and the phone not open
i clean it very good
change retu
change all compontent around retu (resistor and capecitor )
i remove the boot ic and make the short as i said
all what i do mke no change


you said check voltage
help me more give apic of the component which i have to check

hi friends
i found the problem
but i can't fond the soution
there is no volt on this componet
c2214=2.5v
c2213=1.8v
c2221=4.7v
the most important one is c2213 why
because it connect pwr to Rap3G and that why the phone not start up

the problem how to solve this problem
the only component which have 1.8 volt is c2802 and it also have no volt on it
any one can give me answer will help me
