n70 white screen

hello dear mate can help me.my phone is white screen ,i already try that two ic,and try to software but also same proble,this is jaf:

If phone cant receive calls or dont have welcome tones. Its a HW problem. Not the Two IC alone.

i already try display ic and flash ic.still same problem.i also know this is HW problem.but i can't catch whic the ic is fault.please help me
