N72 hansfree problem - GSM-Forum

I have n72 which is handsfree problem . When i insert the handsfree to mobile by one side comes sound other side nothing. But handsfree is ok. By other mobile i can hear in the both side by the same handsfree. I also checked by other ok handsfree ,problem is same what to do?
