n72 Phone Start Up Failed Contact Retailer change boot ic

i have 1 n72.1st problem white and hang.i chacge this 2 ic.now white and hang is solved.but new problem is Phone Start Up Failed Contact Retailer flash it but same.help

bro first check power ic then softwarwe if the same problem, you need to change 3g and flash ic. good lock
