N73 Auto off problem - GSM-Forum

i have n73 phone , if i connected the charger to phone normaly chargin 10m but then phone switch off automaticaly but chargin ok . again need to power on phone . without charger phone gose off withen 2h when sim inserted. also goes off after 10mins in playing videos with sim or without sim.
But without sim standby phone never goes off..

pl help me . any body have idea for this problem

yes imei and sp data is okay...

software upgrade full format with jaf but no luck. is it hardware or software problem?
and if anyone solved this problem share with plz

dears i checked everything charger ok.. battery ok.. working perfect on other phones full flash with jaf even with pm.
without sim the never goes off in standy mode or checking ect... but with sim goes off after 2h or 3h in standy.
also goes off after 10mins when on charging or playing videos or making calls .. that is the problem

bro this is only software problem chek imei maybe the imei curappted, try write rpl

yes sir its problem of sp data you bay a rpl then wright i think you phone will be ok 100%
