Bro dont touch any hardware first because it could be the problem in your box too or cable.So use same cable but use diffrent flash box.I think you are using tornado...(if i am not mistaken)..So try to flash with mt-box or griffin box with higher version.If flashing with other box also have same problem just try change the cable and make sure all the cable contact in phone are clean.You can also try to flash ape only in griffin box( this should help you).GOOD LUCK
