N73 - Dead while upgrading via Nokia Software Updater - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I had tried to update the firmware to a newer version..it was all going fine...till suddenly...it was showing Recovery Options....then it was dead suddenly...

Any way its gonna come up

p.s. i am a newbie to all USB Flashing..to havent tried it...just waiting for some suggestions....before i do anything

No way to restore it via usb cable !! You need Fbus Cable RJ-45 and use it with HWK Orig. or with Jaf or MT- Box , Jaf team revive flash dead phone via USB cable CA-53 or CA-42 , then you must use latest version , phone will work 100% .

Actually i had taken it to Nokia Care ...i am in a Town...so they told to take to a city..where L3 Nokia Care is present...i'll be leaving there soon...the problem is that i am getting tooo much scared...as this was bought in Grey Market...so there is no Warranty for this....the thing i want is...a little hope..that this problem may be solved

your problem will be solved 100/100 inchaa ll ah
If companie ask you too much just go to someone who repair mobiles and he will fix it (flash it simply) to you (except if he's newbie)

Got it restored...it costed me 500 INR = 12.3 USD
