I think it's a problem of sim ic.

In offline..your fon will be working with other application but u cannot make or recieve calls. the person calling u will find ur mobile switched off...

simcard ic is the most fault in offline..try to reheat it or change simcard ic or sim asip...i think there is a lot of this ic in dct4 like 3530...

I don't think so if the flash is the problem of N73, just check the sim card connector first maybe is not connected to the sim or touch the board.... 10000000000000000% first aid solution.........

it's soft problem flash the fone with latest ver all wil lbe ok.

We have done many psc with the same problem via soft.
