N73 PA ic Removing Problem


we have a problem when we trying to remove N73 PA IC we face after removed PA short.tried in so many N73 PCB-s.Result So many PAs are shorted while removing through Hot Air Gun,We did all tries,any one have some special S-Kills,idea to Share?

yes my friend this is a common issue , try to use preheater or heat the pcb in underside.

but if u use ir rework station then u can able to remove PA without damage.

use good flux to melt solder eaisly with hot air gun , but if u have good skill then u can sucessfully remove PA without damage.
I alerady replace more than 200 PA's with hot air gun but now I use ir station to rework.
so do practice in dead sets to improve ur skill .

just mind ur heater temperatur and make reball all boundary leg using high quality led . then u can fix very easy it. any phone

some when do care with PCB and with PA it ca be done also with hot air gun

i think just cover near conmonent via any metal and heat pa with right tamprature and that's it u have done sucessfully
