N80 Display Showing Shades - GSM-Forum

This is mine personal set last night am surfing on net phone working fine then switch off n80(room temp 32 deg.) when in the moring i switch on it comes with display shades(temp 27 deg.) but nokia logo not give shade it is soft or hardware prob am confuse what happen with phone i allways care which section i touch if hardware prob thanks if any one have fix this prob give me solution

Sure it's hardware problem, you may give the flex cable connectors a good clean also B2B connectors on main board & UI board, otherwise you may need to replace the flex cable >>>

If you got a chance to try another trusted UI (upper) board it will be good to be sure from where is the problem exactly, anyway now i think the problem is from the chip below the LCD display connector; try give it a reflow,
i hope it works out >>>

Reflow near lcd conector chip same prob i think little componant damage becos becos last time i increase n discrease display brightness if u got display toruble shoothing scheme plz give me i got only scheme reading n80 circuit now thanks

Am talking about phone setting have display ligit option last time i touch then i sleep found next moring prob, ui conector pin 24 (called pixcel clock) can this make this type prob? Bro nokia logo dont show shades why? I know want reason

at the main board got three glass ic,straight line,check them it will solve the problem

Today Its automatic working again after 15 minut again giving prob

Can framebuffer ic make this prob? Need full service manual i think missing track in ui board, any one got link?

Thanks of lots for help. I read scheme n dont change any ic becos mine testing showing all ic ok then i change ui conector prob fix
