n80i hp don't work always - GSM-Forum

hello, i have a nokia n80 with n80i soft, from 2-3 days, it began with a strange problem, sometimes the hp don't work and i must use the loudspeaker when i'm speaking with my friends, sometimes work and sometimes no......

i formatted but the problem didn't solve....

there's anybody could help me???
i talked with a friend about this problem, and he answered me that it can be the bxa (or bga- i don't know)....
