3110 not flash

hi dear frens i have one 3110 when i recived it its running well but music is not running so i have flashed it 07.21 by ufs but its flash not sucess.it shows error cmt flash write c_blink 0000000000091000000 process failedrepowering mobile,so fren now what can i do plz help me iam waiting ur testedsulution thanks frens.
