N82 camera problem

N82 open camera door firest time working after few second it will show
unexpected error occurred.power off the device and restart.video also same if start video recording phone working.
flashed. camera & camera omap ic changed still same .
plz help me

backup all data on Drive C (phone memory) eg contacts, calender, notes etc using pc suite.

then type *#7370# den click yes den enter security code normally 12345 or 00000
