Cool N85 GPS IC Location

Hi all,

I have an N85 handset with a faulty GPS unit (no signal detection at all not antenna faultl). I also have another faulty n85 unit which I hope has a working GPS chip.

Can anyone tell me where the GPS IC is located? I have SMD reflow station so I can do an IC swap.

Thanks.

Thanks,

I had swapped the whole SIM daughter board over before but it still had the same fault so I thought the GPS IC was on the mainboard instead.

What else could it be?
