N90 strange problem - GSM-Forum

I have this n90 that was ****n while charging,i open to check and saw two ****n chips near charge port,so i close phone till i can get replacement chips,but after i close phone and power on,phone started with no lights or display on front screen unless i press * keypad area,so i open and saw socket which i reflow,but now it dont show anything on screen even if i press like before i reflow,it only show NOKIA when i power on but no lights and will go off when it try to boot and show light,then no more display on screen.Xept back screen,that will show with light and write "open folder",some1 plss help,isit software or hardware,and how to solve?
