n9210i inner LCD not working

n9210i inner LCD not working, when i turn the phone on it shows the NOKIA 9210i Communicator Logo but after that the screen just disappears, Shows blank screen..! Ive tried Flashing and ive also checked the connector, but stil the problem is there... Can some1 plz help me...

change the flex/ribbon cable, if persist it can be UPP faulty
