n95 after rehoot rapido the phone not workin - GSM-Forum

hello all i have n95 was blink the lcd but it's not restrt
i mean the datat from lcd goin and back evry min 1 sec
i rehot the Rapido then the phone not working !!!!
i reball the rapido ic so i lost 2 pin from ic
now when i start the phone on power supply the phone take tooo mush power like 2-3 amp????????
without this ic it 's using normal power as othe mobiles
so i think my problem from this ics
kindly can any one give me more info anout this ic work ???
can i change it from othe phone or it has imei and some ram inside ???
the ic number on n95 service manual number is

2800
and where i can find same ics (i mean in other mobile phones)
