n95 keypad - GSM-Forum

n95 keypad some keys not working, some inversed
need location on boar of keypad driver,
or n95 schematics
or n95 driver jumpering
masters pls help

problem solved
upper from sim reader are 3 ic crystals
the 2 from right are display controlers
the one from left is keypad controler
change that, keypad will be ok
tested on one piece
now phone ok

hello dear
i havere recived nokia n 95 , when i open the set .the lcd only show light.

i did change the theard one in the left upper from sim reader for N95 ,the keypad now working but not verywill, when you press 1 showing 1 and 8 ,4 and 7, 6 and 3 togerther!.,
i done it perfect with jumpers,but do Any one know the way how to do jamper for keypad controler ?

sorry, don't know jumpering yet
try change with original ic
or from nokia 6230 or 6230i(don't remember how the ic is full or with one ball missing, only tested on one piece)

try change flex, if not working, change ic's display

the problem is sold out ,the jumper way was ok but becouse i made it too long so it taching with metal body of "n95" that is why kep pressing 2 numbers togather ,

thank all who did try to help and thanks for zullu2004 !

the ic keypad have 25 pin and with jumper there is no problem now.
