n96 mass memory not in use and not work

i can't see any file in file manager and only show memory in use
i'm sure not software

dont touch any hardware !!!!
its softwaer problem ... sometimes sms also have the same problem

Before replacing something you should check if it is faulty.
Better you use schmatic and Service Manual Level 4 for this problem. Also had this problem, everthing was fine except the Thosiba NAND...

Do some simple messuring at first:
C5255=2,8V
R5250=1,8V
J4944=1,8v by access

ma problem is tht i try to format drives with mx-key jaf or hwk but drive not show in file system i flash twice
earse all phone then flash it again write back up every thin is ok but mass drives not show and phone still restarting
