Need Help N73 Hang on Nokia

i have N73 hang on Nokia. when i insert simcard and power on the phone it become hang on nokia. if i power on the phone without simcard the phone is ok. and when i insert simcard and power on the phone and select offline the phone is ok if select General the phone become hang and off. i have flashed the phone the problem is same.

what is the problem in the phone plz help me.

try to rehot the uem and flash ic or change the sim card ic

The best thing to do before going on hardware is to run BaseBand test. Look for failing testblock. Post here the result...
