n97 mass memory problem


I have nokia n97,its mass memory does not open when i open file manager it shows memory in use.kindly help me and send me the solution.
I shall be thank ful to all.

this kind of problem is always a resultant of overuse of d fone's internal memory {that is saving file into the fone instead of mass memory} and/or virus. The possible solution formatting d mass storage using ur PC. Warning all ur files will be erased.

hi to all.i have a nokia n97 that some one else changed the usb socket and after that the phone shows memory in use. i found this problem in the phone .did u noticed that ?some lines under sim tray cuted becuse of low hit when removing simm conector.see image please and check your phone
