Reheating mic won't help, you must change it - 5800 one is the same, use hot air under the main board. Don't apply hot air direct on it because you can damage the microphone. Just changed 2pcs today and worked like a charm

Nokia new Microphones

Today this new microphones is very different, the new mic have a five terminals,

Please check the pins below:

1. L",R conected to gnd?
2. CLK, check the clock signal with frequencimeter or osciloscope?
3. DATA (digital signal out to D2800).
4. VDD - check the voltage?
5. GND

After you check the signals, if you signal is ok change the mic.
