need help for the 9300

i got 9300 with some error when openning message and its ok when i make format the phone using jaf . but after format when use write msg in arabic it shows english alphabet from right to left.when i try to flash the phone it shows this error

have you connected also the usb-cable(dku-2) to the phone? You can't flash with fbus cable only...
