is your phone come up and hear starting sound ?
check ape and ddr voltages value.

brother fone is working with white display startup tone keypad sound is ok but display is white display come for 1 secount then white

1 check pfo
2 check 2 power coil
3 check power ic
3 check blutooth ic
4 check camara coil
5 check coil near power coil. this part side all coming possitive voltage.

check lcd
check 2 esd filter in top of backup battery (rehot or replace)
check ldc connector
rehot omap
have fun
