have n73 on set problum is ringer i try to on with power supplly but power supply voultege in 12 volt now mobile dead not shortage in mobile but when i on with 3.7 voul power supply mobile not on and show ampire 1 3 4 not connect to soft need help

change charging in if not works then try to change power ic(avilma) and also check shorting
