need nokia 2650 microphone ways

if somewone nows microphone ways at nokia 2650 ,please shear whit me becose this stupid phone make's me crasy.The mic. is ok but not work.
Any help is welcome.

probably UEM problem.

but get you the service manual to find bias components for the mic (usually resistor and capacitor)

i dont have here manual or scheme of this phone
