new 2300 problem (radio & auto-shutoff)

I encountered a new problem on some 2300 wherein those with auto-shut off problems after flashing gets a problem with the radio, but if you correct the radio problem, the auto-shutoff comes back again. I used several software versions including PMs but has the same problem. Any solution out there?

software MCU 5,60 or 5,62 problem ok

I faced this problem more than once ... some times SW update is ok ... others you have HW problems in the radio IC
