forum members pls help with new method of changing ic cos i change cobba ic of my 3310 with my SMD rework station and the phone went dead

try with another cobba and check if you have some balls puted together.After change also you have to flash your phone because it will not accepting sim cards.Post results about it.

Even when U raise the cobba compleetely , phone must power ON ( signing contact service ).
Try again , raise the cobba , clean the PCB , and power it on .

may be before u'r changed u'r ic cobba. some ic dead because the hot air may be very hot. try to look u'r hot air capacities. and try to change u'r ic Ccont.
