the nokia 101 fall on ground and the nokia 1800 in water

101: on power supply it shows 0.2 V but no power-up
1800: shows also 0.2 V no power after cleaned well
what i do please help

first chk with software
if possible post here flash logs

nokkia 1800 is detected by ATF box i rebuild all lcd ways now it grabs about 0.14 A on power supplly but no lights on
