If you wants to make Nokia 110,112,114 display light follow it 1- remove transistor and diode. 2- transistor have 3 legs.1aheadand 2 legs behind. One leg become ground and second supply of behind legs.take a jumper from supply leg of transistor and joint it on display pin no-2. 3- make ground display pin no-3. chek it 1000000%display light will be come. 4- if you want to make keypad light too, apply same trick for keypad light. Note-- no need any transistor or diode and if you want to remove coil too you may remove. Last edited by mahzra azra; 08-03-2013 at 19:44. | |

Member: 1447 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 97 | Hi... For all about say WITHOUT TRANZISTOR solution !!! Please read here... One copy display..or original display need 5.6-5.9 Volts for good light.. The display led is in series vith board led..... In schematicd...Vled- Vbat=Vdisp+Vboard=5.7V+3V=aprox 9V... VLed= aprox..13V How can..without tranzistor(inverter)..with 3.6V on Vbat....power the 5.7V led? Is simple electronics here...look on schematics.... Only solution is replace transistor from inverter( ok...repair inverter)..or change display led with one at 3V and put in paralel with board led.. TNX... P.S. For all who want without transistor solution and all who put smooth picture on forum... |
