please help my phone shows back light on. the touch does not switch on. Why is the back light always on and how can we solve it?

if ur back light is flickering n set not getting off after switching on...then prob in ur software try 2 flash it

dear if your set make or reiceve call call good in this condetion then is hardware problem if not make or reiceve call it means hang on this stage when u on the set it is 100% software problem u should flash it 100% ok.....

ur set's incoming and outgoing is ok first check it and result is no so flash it ur problem will solve goodluck
