my 7610s keypad not functioning properly

* key responses only after a stressed press over the key pad

check ur body may b its problem....after that check is ur set is water damage or not clean key pad and check again if not work reflow keypad ic's best of luck

Do the steps...
1. Check & clean the connector between keypad and mother board
2. Re-hot the Keypad IC with good flux
3. Change the IC
