plz help, i flashed nokia 1100 with v.8.1 but now it doesnt have any network, could it be h/w related?

Write good pm, if not solve then try downgrade and write pm, if not solve your problem then check hardware(pfo)

if you are using hwk press info if your set show the product code hw code and rfic code then its hardware if not write good pm

& 2nd time pf change or jumper solutin use.
