1110 try to erase flash then skip erase to 1 and flash with last version:D

Down grade to lower version.v3.34.I have manage to sorve such cases through that way.And most of flash files for 1600 have this problem,when you flash with it the phone ends up into simcard not valid or contact service.you have to find a good file for this versions.
